Included in a national list of 11 personalities, José Miguel Júdice, PLMJ Founder and Rui Machete, Head of the Firm’s Public Law Department, were appointed as President Arbitrators for the binding arbitrations, foreseen in the portuguese labour legislation, for the resolution of disputes rising from Collective Contracts involving employer associations and trade unions.
