On July 17, the closing session of the Postgraduate Program in Contractual Litigation, Mediation, and Arbitration of the Faculty of Law at the Portuguese Catholic University took place.
The event was held at Cuatrecasas in Lisbon and included a roundtable discussion on the topic “Arbitration and State Courts: A Relationship of Cooperation or Conflict?”. José Miguel Júdice took part in the panel alongside Gabriela de Fátima Marques, Isabel Marques da Silva, Mário Aroso de Almeida, and Sofia Martins, moderated by António Pedro Pinto Monteiro.
The session was preceded by an address from Alfonso Iglesia, who shared his perspective on the future of international arbitration.
