JMJ with an article in "Liber Amicorum" of Professor Carlos Ferreira de Almeida

Four PLMJ lawyers contributed to the book <em>Estudos em homenagem ao professor doutor Carlos Ferreira de Almeida</em> or Studies in Homage to Professor<em> </em>Carlos Ferreira de Almeida. José Miguel Júdice, PLMJ founding partner and coordinator of the arbitration practice area wrote about “Interim measures and Arbitration: Where are we?”, Tiago Duarte, a PLMJ partner and specialist in public law and constitutional law contributed with an article on “Treaty claims, contract claims and umbrella clauses in international arbitration on protection of investments”, Magda Viçoso, a PLMJ senior associate from the finance and banking practice area wrote about “Concentration agreements in the field of open societies”, and Cláudia Trabuco, a consultant to the PLMJ EU and competition practice area (as co-author with Mariana França Gouveia) wrote an article on “The <em>arbitrability</em> of competition issues in Portuguese law: the meeting of two black arts”. The book was produced by legal publishers Almedina.
