José Miguel Júdice, a founding partner at Portuguese independent PLMJ and head of arbitration has been nominated to sit on the panel of arbitrators and conciliators of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, a part of the World Bank. Júdice, also a member of ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, is an active arbitrator in Brazil and other South American jurisdictions.
